In this release
- Own site, English and Turkish, three annexes (ADR-0018).
- Architecture §4 brought up to date: identity service, hosted issuing API, hosted verifier as an intermediary.
- New participant rules for the hosted services: RB-OP-17/18, RB-AP-25, RB-WP-13, RB-RP-12; RB-OP-09 corrected.
- Education policies aligned with the reference verifier; fee wording; private archive paths removed.
