Tamga ARF

The Architecture and Reference Framework of Tamga Network — the digital trust and identity infrastructure for the Turkic world, aligned with eIDAS 2.0 and the European Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet. Tamga ARF defines who takes part in the ecosystem, under which rules and on which architecture: roles, the trust model, identifiers, data formats, flows, lifecycles, the phases towards a shared ledger, and the binding rules for every participant.
It follows the structure of the EU's ARF: one main document and annexes. It creates no decisions of its own — every rule points to its source (an architecture decision record, a specification or a coded invariant), shown as DOC-ID/CODE.

- Institution or integrator: Architecture §1–§6 → Annex B, the rules for your role → the attestation rulebook for your document type (Annex C).
- Regulator or state: Annex A → Architecture §8 (phases and hand-over).
- Developer: the developer documentation has integration guides, tested code examples and the specifications this framework refers to.

Language and status
Tamga ARF is published in English and Turkish. The Turkish text is the source; the English text is its official translation of the same version, and a release is not published while the two versions differ. All documents are Active: accepted on 24 September 2026, revised in this release. Items still marked PROPOSAL are listed in Annex A §9.

- 0.3 (27 September 2026) — Two new attestation rulebooks in Annex C, as drafts awaiting approval: Tamga Identity Attestation and Event Ticket.
- 0.2 (27 September 2026) — Own site, English + Turkish, three annexes. Architecture §4 brought up to date (identity service, hosted issuing API, hosted verifier as an intermediary); new participant rules for the hosted services (RB-OP-17/18, RB-AP-25, RB-WP-13, RB-RP-12); education policies aligned with the reference verifier.
- 0.1 (24 September 2026) — First version of the framework set (Turkish).
